Uns eint die Neugier auf ein sozialistisches Land im Umbruch, welches sich im Zuge der Marktöffnung und des Beitritts zur WTO in 2007 rapide ändert.

This weekend (13.02.-14.02.07) FJP>Media organized a meeting in preparation for the travel reportage to Vietnam. The journey will take place from 03.02.2007-17.02.2007.
I met 17 motivated journalists (Olaf, Matthias, Kristin, Tina, Christoph, Stephan, Ailleen, Susanne, Sara, Debora, Andrea, Lisa, Lotte, Sven, Franziska, Helena, Johanna)) and one interperter (Ms. Ha).
We share the curiosity about a socialist country, which changes rapidly in recent years due to the market liberalisation and the entrance into the World Trade Organisation.
We will explore differen topics such as:
* Youth organisations
* Media
* Puplic persons and politicians
* Aid organisations
* Schools and universities
* Religion
* Economy
* Environment.
We will explore these topics by means of audio-recording, video, writing and photography.
